ABOUT THE AUTHORS Kaye (Kye-Sung) Chon, Ph.D., is Dean and Chair Professor and Walter and Wendy Kwok Family Foundation Professor in International Hospitality Management in the School of Hotel & Tourism Management at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is the recipient of the Ulysses Prize from the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO). He is the editor-in-chief of Journal of Travel & Tourism Marketing and Asia Pacific Journal of Tourism Research. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech, University of Nevada-Las Vegas, Georgia State University, and University of Maryland.
Thomas A. Maier, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in Hospitality Management at the University of San Francisco, USA. He has a doctorate in leadership philosophy and a master’s degree in human development and international relations. He has been successful in producing several refereed academic scholarly publications. The focus of Dr. Maier’s research is in multi-generational leadership and revenue optimization.
